Financial Services Client Relationship Specialist
This is a hybrid role; 3 days per week office based and 2 days remotely. The initial training period will be full time in the office, 5 days per week.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused individual, who can be both reactive and proactive, to join a busy mortgage and protection sales team.
As a Client Relationship Specialist your role is to look after all thing's pre-mortgage application and post-completion. You will be working in a fast paced, client focused environment, generating opportunities for our mortgage advisors, managing inbound lead flow and distribution, managing renewal activity, and providing exceptional support to our clients and the whole team.
Financial Services Client Relationship Specialist - Main responsibilities:
- Look after all thing's pre-application and post-completion.
- Help our customers be as prepared as possible, manage broker diaries and book in appointments for new and existing customers.
- Contact and manage our customers through various channels, including our existing CRM systems, introducer networks & social media.
- Help progress our customers by providing exceptional customer service, nurturing and building relationships.
- Manage and prioritise multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Ability to work across other business departments and assist with other tasks as required.
Financial Services Client Relationship Specialist - Skills and Experience required:
- Being driven and self-motivated.
- Good telephone manner, strong relationship building and customer service skills.
- Ability to use your own initiative and problem solve quickly and efficiently.
- IT literate (MS Office, Excel and Outlook).
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Positive & enthusiastic attitude with the ability to prioritise customer’s needs and requirements at all times
- Well organised with excellent time keeping
Financial Services Client Relationship Specialist– Remuneration & Benefits:
- £22,000 - £25,000 Basic salary commensurate with experience
- 3 days per week office based and 2 days remotely (except for the initial training period)
