The Client Services role
As part of the Client services onboarding team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all advisers, firms and lead sources joining the business are fit and proper, acting as the gatekeeper and mitigating risk to the business.
Client Services Team Responsibilities
- Liaise with key stakeholders (business owners, regional managers, applicants) on regulatory requirement matters.
- Conduct internal and external searches on all applicants
- Evaluate all applications to minimise and manage the risks associated
- Answer any questions from applicants
- Represent the company with a positive attitude and professional appearance
- Carry out all necessary referencing for all applicants
- Execute due diligence activities for all advisers
- Manage agency numbers and adviser trading documents
- Be responsible for the ongoing management of adviser agency details
- Maintain accurate adviser and business records internally
The Client Services Package
- Hybrid work: Office 3 days a week after training
- Basic Salary: £25k
