As Client Services Administrator for this Global Communications business, you will be responsible for supporting the Account Director with day to day administrative requirements that the client requires.
Responsibilities:
* Multi service/Multi site BAU Change process - receiving, recording new change requests and ensuring these are issued to the service lines and impact assessed.
* Manage 4th party oversight vendor meetings for client specific services with a range of vendors.
* Hosting meetings with set agendas, recording actions/agreements made
* Prepare and present Monthly Governance packs for both Service & Commercial meetings.
* Prepare monthly consolidated invoicing for a range of services.
* Ensure MI to support the invoice reconciliation process is reviewed and in order before presenting to the client
* Raising 4th party vendor PO's for services then receipting them on delivery
* Managing and tracking all contract deliverables & obligations
Skills & Experience:
* 2-3 years Administrative experience
* Intermediate to advanced Excel
* Self motivated, diligent, and able to manage own workload effectively
* Good attention to detail
