Job Details:

Administrator/Co-ordinator

Working as part of the Key Communications team

Ensure client project queries and complaints are addressed and resolved

Responding to all communications email and phone within the team a

Use of internal systems and recording notes on each case

Manage the diaries and work with the Departmental Manager

Diarise and check any on site visits are booked and completed by Managers

Manage and co ordinate subcontractors, chase paperwork

Maintain record of works undertaken via the sub contractors

Break down costs and receipts in order to get the invoice raised

Reporting on customer satisfaction levels from survey details

Record any concerns raised by the client

Build strong relationships with clients and contractors

Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Working with various other internal team members

Problem solving and customer care skills essential
