A industry-leading business situated in Guildford are expanding their team and seeking an enthusiastic Client Services Administrator, on a full-time basis.
Duties as the Client Services Administrator:

• Basic administration duties such as scanning and uploading documents.
• First point of telephone contact for potential clients and referrers.
• Responsible for interacting with and supporting our legal team every day.
• Supporting colleagues and the team.
• Manage office facilities and equipment, stationary, refreshments etc.

Key skills needed to succeed as a Client Services Administrator:

• Friendly, calm and professional disposition.
• Exceptional telephone manner and a willingness to go the extra mile for your clients.
• Attention to detail with sound prioritising and organisation skills.
• Keen to work collaboratively as part of team.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
• Able to work under pressure and hit targets and deadlines.
• Confident with IT systems, excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

The role is Monday to Friday 09:30- 17:30.
