The main duties of the role are:
- To familiarise yourself with the company process and regulatory requirements
- To keep compliant at all times with confidential client information
- Provide a personalised hight quality service to clients
- Stay up to date with multiple clients time frames and objectives to provide a prestigious service
- Prepare client pack and documents for meetings.
- Research companies to obtain info on clients.
- Input client info into systems and act upon tasks quickly and within company guidelines.
- Build relationships with clients.
- Ensuring all data is collated and filed correctly in a timely manner for client meetings
- Leasing with stakeholders to ensure you deliver a seamless service and pre empt any issues before they arise
- Updating clients on a regular basis
- Be the main point of contact for client queries
- Identifying new ways to improve customer experience
- Provide general support to the wider teams
