The main duties of the role are:

• To familiarise yourself with the company process and regulatory requirements
• To keep compliant at all times with confidential client information
• Provide a personalised hight quality service to clients
• Stay up to date with multiple clients time frames and objectives to provide a prestigious service
• Prepare client pack and documents for meetings.
• Research companies to obtain info on clients.
• Input client info into systems and act upon tasks quickly and within company guidelines.
• Build relationships with clients.
• Ensuring all data is collated and filed correctly in a timely manner for client meetings
• Leasing with stakeholders to ensure you deliver a seamless service and pre empt any issues before they arise
• Updating clients on a regular basis
• Be the main point of contact for client queries
• Identifying new ways to improve customer experience
• Provide general support to the wider teams
