Job description

Luxaviation UK seeking a dedicated Client Services Assistant, to be based at our offices in Stapleford, Essex. Sitting within our Client Services department, this is an opportunity for an enthusiastic hardworking individual to join our team and learn multiple skills within the business aviation industry.


The successful applicant will be working alongside our experienced Clients Services and Commercial teams to understand our clients’ particular needs and requirements, and to deliver a tailored and bespoke service to them, while building and maintaining relationships with our network of charter brokers and direct clients to ensure we remain the first point of contact for their aviation needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate client and crew scheduling.
  • Help in searching for and securing Sub-charters aircraft when a requirement cannot be fulfilled by our fleet, inside and outside of the Luxaviation Group.
  • Quote incoming charter requests, following up charter leads and convert charter enquiries to charter bookings.
  • Pro-actively looking ahead to foresee any potential operational disruption and intervene to reduce any possible schedule disruption ahead of time.
  • Communicating with clients and colleagues promptly, accurately, and pro-actively.
  • Understanding and complying with company operations manuals.
  • Liaising with flight crew and arranging crew logistics.
  • Flight watching, completing checklists and weather watch.
  • Working as part a of Shift team covering our 24/7 desk (days and nights)
