Job Description
- Engage in the client journey, from account submissions to daily query management.
- Ensure a "best in class" service to both new and existing clients, meeting agreed SLAs.
- Build internal and external relationships to enhance client efficiency.
- Actively identify and propose opportunities to support clients' servicing needs.
- Contribute to the identification of system and process improvements.
