A corporate communications agency working across branding, print, and digital is looking for a Client Services Director to lead their team.
The facts:
You’re someone who wants to have a bird’s eye view on everything that’s going on in your agency and enjoys being the first point of contact for any ongoing or new clients and projects.
There is a strong pastoral aspect to the role; you are someone who really enjoys people and cares about their success. You aren’t afraid to work with strong personalities and are willing to build up trust and respect with the team. You don’t shy away from discussing work related issues and always think about the wellbeing of your team.
You feel comfortable working with senior stakeholders and know how to ask the right questions to truly get the scope of what they are asking for. You can then set up the project – have the budget signed off, get the schedule done, and allocate it accordingly to one or more team members.
You’ll be:
- The first point of contact for everything relating to your team.
- Leading, creating, presenting, and reassigning pitches.
- Overseeing all the agency’s offerings (annual reports, ESG, sustainability, digital, branding, campaigns).
You’ll have:
- Recent big agency experience - you’re used to dealing with big corporate clients and big budgets.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- A background in brand/campaign/communications/B2B agency environment.
