Havas is a leading creative agency network at the forefront of innovation. We are excited to introduce our newly formed AI Advisory Unit, Havas.ai, a small dynamic group dedicated to curating and creating content and materials that inspire and inform our employees.
We are seeking an Business/Delivery Director with a strong focus on co-ordination, communication and content production to lead this team in delivering insightful and engaging AI-related content to our creative professionals. By content/materials, we mean webinars, presentations, comms, tech demonstrations, and other informative and inspirational materials that would aid employee awareness and understanding of Generative AI. In addition the unit will attempt to act as information gatherer and disseminator of exciting AI activities in Havas agencies around the world.
Position Overview:
As the Business/Delivery Director for Havas.ai, you will be the driving force behind our units co-ordination and creation efforts. Your role is to lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the seamless creation and delivery of material that empowers our employees. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for content development, strong organisational and project management skills, and a deep understanding of the creative industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder management
Strong Stakeholder management across the organisation to keep relevant parties informed of all initiatives authored by havas.ai, and acting as key organisational linchpin across multiple business functions, verticals, and regions, to connect network initiatives.
Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, stories, and case studies for content creation.
Build relationships with subject matter experts and thought leaders in the AI and creative industries.
Content Strategy and Execution:
Co-develop and implement a content strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and Havas.ai’s mission.
Lead the planning and execution of content creation, ensuring alignment with industry trends and employee needs.
Team Leadership:
Build and lead a high-performing team of content creators, AI experts, and knowledge specialists.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages creativity and continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of Havas.ai, optimizing processes for efficient content production and delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate content seamlessly into the creative workflow.
Content Development:
Work closely with the content team to generate high-quality and engaging content on AI trends, technologies, and applications.
Employee Engagement:
Develop initiatives to engage employees through compelling and educational content.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and events that enhance AI literacy and inspire creative thinking.
