Client Services Executive - Legal sector

Manchester - office based

£23,000 - £24,000 depending on experience

35 hour week with shifts between 8am and 7pm

Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Client Services Executive to join a leading legal firm in Manchester City Centre. For this role we are looking for someone interested in a career in customer services, there will be no career path to a legal role.

Please note this role is fully office based.

Duties will include:

• Acting as the first point of contact for web and phone enquiries
• Scheduling calls with potential customers
• Listening carefully to requirements and advising whether the firm can assist
• Taking full details of the issue
• Updating systems
• Allocating to the correct team
• Performing compliance checks
• Any other administration tasks

We are looking for candidates with:

• Phone based customer service experience, if this is gained within the legal sector then that will be preferred but is not essential
• Attention to detail
• Ability to pick up new systems easily
• Good written communication skills
• Able to work to deadlines and at times under pressure
