Client Services For Legal Firm

An esteemed Law firm in Manchester is looking to grow their Client Services team. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who loves working directly with customers and clients as the first point of contact, you will play an integral part in the client journey, and work with the different legal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Good accuracy and attention to detail is needed, as you will be assisting clients with their queries and ensuring the relevant departments have the correct information needed regarding cases. You will also be involved with imputing data into the Case Management System (Proclaim). Previous knowledge of the legal industry is advantageous, however a desire to learn and genuine passion for customer service is also beneficial.
