Client Services Manager
Location: Camberley
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5.30pm
My client based in Camberley is looking for a Client Service Manager to come on board and join their team. You will drive the overall productivity and effectiveness of Customer Service Department for the company. You must be flexible and versatile in your duties. Reporting to and working closely with the General Manager/Operations Manager and Seniors, to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are met, in addition to supporting other departments within the business when needed. The Client Service Manager will interface with other department managers to ensure the utmost levels of service are provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the Customer Service Department on a day to day basis to ensure all tasks are completed and be responsible for the overall performance of the team.
To support the business with compliance related tasks.
Mentor, develop and train new and existing Customer Service Advisors, team leaders and seniors.
Conduct 1-2-1s with your team members each week/month and complete 6 monthly appraisals with the General Manager/Operations Manager.
Operational tasks to work with Payroll and Sales to ensure communication and workflow between the departments are seamless.
Ensuring procedures are up to date, followed and improved where necessary.
Working towards an agreed high level of retention for all active contractors.
Point of contact for escalation of complaints via phone or email for all contractors.
Assist General Manager, Operations Manager and Payroll Team Leader when requested.
Take ownership of department and follow up issues through to a suitable resolution.
Visit current and prospective clients where required.
Contributing to ideas and plans that will benefit the company and the growth of the business.
Achieving any targets set for the team and business.
Leading by example, by being one of the companies Managers, you will be required to be in before and leave after your staff unless unable to due to exceptional circumstances.
Skills and Achievements:
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Flawless verbal and communication skills.
