The Key Requirements...
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on CRM operations
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-focused background
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in data science, computer science, business, or related field or relevant experience.
- Project management skills

This is a permanent role based on our Gaydon HQ site working Monday to Friday on a hybrid basis. There is an expectation of occasional travel on an as-and-when requirement.
