Location: London (60% homebased)

Overview:

Working for a national, market leading, training provider you will provide customer service and administrative support to clients, students and colleagues.

A typical week:

  • Respond to client & student queries
  • Maintain student & client records
  • Liaise with internal & external stakeholders
  • Sign up new apprentices & employers

You'll need the following for this role:

  • Administration or office based customer service experience
  • Confident & clear communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Ability to work at pace & towards deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Education, accountancy or related sector experience (advantageous)
