Role Responsibilities
- Offer expert assistance to customers and internal teams, taking responsibility for issues and resolving them promptly.
- Ensure successful outcomes for customers by simplifying complex queries and tasks.
- Develop and maintain knowledge-base articles to support clients in self-service.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Client Solutions teams to assist with implementation and data manipulation.
- Conduct testing and analysis of platform changes.
- Conduct research on client or subject information to support teams across the organisation.
- Contribute to enhancing Customer Satisfaction and improving the overall client interaction process.
Who are we looking for?
- Educated to undergraduate degree level, technical degree preferred.
- Experience in a consulting, software implementation, natural sciences, climate science and policy, or engineering role. This requirement may be met using time spent pursuing an advanced degree, e.g., PhD.
- Comfortable running and interpreting the output of quantitative models.
- Motivated self-starter who can successfully work independently as well as a collaborative member of a team.
- Problem-solving aptitude and a natural willingness to learn.
- Commitment to delivery with good time management, decision-making, and planning skills.
- Must possess strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, and organisational abilities.
