Excellent opportunity for a Client Support/Account Management Executive to join our customer service team.
Trigonal Ltd are a small but well-established software development company specialising in the shipbroking and maritime derivatives sector.
Founded in 2003, we currently have a staff of eight based in the city of London, providing software and support to an impressive client base - many of whom are market leaders with offices around the world.
The role would include:
- First line telephone support for our shipbroking and derivative clients
- Face to face customer relationship and account management
- User training & workshop participation
- Software demonstration (remote and on-site)
- Marketing and Sales related activity, including social media presence
As this is a customer facing role, excellent communication skills are paramount.
IT skills are important and any shipping or derivatives industry experience would be beneficial.
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious, bright individual with excellent communication skills who is keen to learn and progress.
Trigonal offer hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office plus the occasional opportunity to travel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
