This fantastic Boutique Real Estate client is looking for an Executive Assistant / Office Manager who’s a team player, ready to get stuck in and hit the ground running from day one in this busy team.
The successful candidate must be a proactive problem solver, with a positive, professional and approachable manner; excellent attention to detail is essential, and the ability to motivate themselves to get the job done.
Ideally 3+ years’ experience, and a confident user of Microsoft packages - MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Duties include but are not limited to
- First point of contact for guests & visitors
- Coordinate complex travel and calendar management for two Partners
- Provide administrative and office support
- Prioritise emails, draft, review and send communications on behalf of Partners
- Organise, prepare for and participate in meetings, including document preparation & minute taking
- Handle confidential documents
- Maintain the office area, meeting rooms and kitchen
- Resolve unexpected issues that could arise
- Organise office events, lunches, drinks etc
- Liaise with building management (reception team, facilities, contractors)
- Provide support for HR when needed
Based – fully office based
Hours – 8:30am-5:30pm / 9am-6pm
Salary – up to £45k + discretionary annual bonus and great bens i.e. free lunch Monday, breakfasts and drinks on Thursdays.
