The idea candidate will be able to:
- Lead on complex projects, working with pension schemes, insurance companies, and intermediary clients
- Project manage client activities and work closely with relevant internal teams to ensure projects are completed promptly.
- Produce implementation plans and external reports, with a good understanding of the client mandate, to ensure all parties can track and monitor progress.
- Liaise with third party providers
- Maintain strong relationships with the Client Service Team and engage holistically with other teams around the business
- Maintain knowledge of the regulatory landscape and support the implementation of strategic and product initiatives
- Have or seek to develop an enhanced understanding of investment strategies and products and solutions
You must have:
- A good understanding of client lifecycle activities, fund operations and investment administration.
- Experience with project management and dealing with a variety of clients
- Excellent communication skills to deliver coherent and confident messaging
- Confidence to question existing strategies, policies and procedures and get in involved with strategy discussions
- Problem solving and relationship management skills
- Confident to lead project calls and/or meetings with internal and external stakeholders
