The Highland Council’s Climate Change & Energy Team are leading on several workstreams to support the development and delivery of the Council's Net Zero Strategy and Action Plan.
We currently recruiting a Climate Change Coordinator to lead on the Adaptation workstream. The postholder will lead on undertaking a Council-wide Climate Risk and Opportunity Assessment and developing and implementing a Climate Change Adaptation Strategy and Action Plan.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated and focused team that plays a key role in supporting the Council’s pathway to Net Zero, undertaking a wide range of duties that will require a high level of skills and dedication to achieve high quality results.
