We're resolved to playing our part, by doing all we can to support global action on climate change. It's one of our key cross-cutting national objectives, to adapt to the reality of climate change; every choice we make will take account of the need to be resilient and adaptable to a changing climate. We've got passionate people in all our teams, and we've got so much more we want to achieve. We're for ever, for everyone and we really mean that. Your contractual location will be the closest regional hub to your location. There will be an opportunity to explore and agree hybrid working arrangements which strike the right balance for you and the Trust. The role will involve regular travel to our properties and regional hubs 60 % of your week. This will be discussed at interview. What you'll be doing With outstanding organisation and people skills you'll be responsible for the planning and, if needed, delivery of the impact assessment workshops, and subsequent prioritisation of the key hazards identified, and the thresholds for adaptive action. You'll also be responsible for reporting on the national aggregation of risks and impacts. You'll work alongside our climate environment advisors, technical lead for climate adaptation and climate adaptation Project Manager, planning and delivering workshops, managing diaries, timescales, and quality, to ensure the project delivers. You'll use your experience in managing project delivery and organisational skills to take on board complex information, and the needs of a variety of stakeholders to contribute to the reporting process regionally and nationally.
