Job Description:
- Oversee and manage multiple projects in various sectors including education, healthcare, commercial, and residential.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and timelines to ensure adherence to client expectations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Coordinate and manage project resources, ensuring efficient utilization and allocation.
- Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on all project sites.
- Manage project risks and proactively identify and address potential issues.
- Provide regular progress reports to clients and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
