• Client has offices in the Midlands – applicant can be based anywhere in the UK with good transport links
• £40-48k Basic Salary / Competitive bonus based on KPIs

Role –

As a Clinical Applications Specialist you be responsible for the success of our customer deployments. This will include product training to drive correct use of all clinical products and involve strategic partnership with the sales and services teams to provide our customers an exceptional experience. Full support and training will be provided on products and account management. 

• High level clinical education / training in the critical care and operating theatre environments
• Develop, plan, and manage customer training programs.
• Coordinate and deliver on-site product and service training to customers and maintain customer relationships. 
• Be a strategic partner during pre and post sales activities by leading or participating in product and service demonstrations and/or the design, implementation and monitoring of new products or services.
• Provide technical and clinical product insight during the sales process by demonstrating product value to decision makers to orchestrate a successful product conversion within the customer’s organization, as needed.
• Improve customer satisfaction and by product improvement by effectively communicating customer needs.
• Manage time efficiently and effectively to meet needs of the customer and also of the business. Able to prioritise tasks based on business need. 

Applicant –             

• An ITU / Critical care or Theatre Nurse ideally 
• A passion for training / education 
• Commercial experience advantageous but not essential – a great attitude and resilience is.
•  Professional will want to further their career and be target / objective focused.
• Self driven and highly motivated
• Problem solving ability
• Exceptional communication skills
