• Position:Clinical Deputy Manager (RGN, RMN, RNLD)
• Service: Nursing, residential and palliative care (Nursing home)
• Salary: Up to GBP49,587 per annum based on experience
• Hours: 40 Hours per week
• Shift Pattern: Full time Days (Mon- Fri)
• Contract: Permanent

About the Home:
Based in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire this lovely nursing home offers residential and nursing care. Providing person centred care to Elderly Residents with end-of-life care needs, physical disability, and old age-related needs. With a dedicated team of staff, residents have access to wide range of care provision with a clear focus on person centred care. We are looking for an experienced NursequalifiedRGN / RGN or RNLD to come and join as part of our management team as a Clinical Deputy Manager.
About the role:
As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will oversee and assist every aspect of nursing care and activity within the home, including developing and updating care plans and maintaining clear, accurate medication records. Always seeking to share your clinical experience, you will provide valuable support, guidance, and assistance to the rest of our care staff. You will be required to support the home manager acting up in their absence. This role would be ideal for someone with strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for nursing.
Requirements:

• • Valid NMC Pin
  • Experience in a leadership position
  • Clinical experience within a nursing home environment
  • Clear understanding of regulatory frameworks
