Joining us as aClinical Deputy Manager, you’ll hold a RGN qualification and have experience of working with older people with complex care requirements. This is a fantastic progression opportunity for you as a clinical professional to apply your leadership skills and enhance the amazing work we do, enabling our residents to live meaningful and fulfilled lives.
In this role you’ll oversee the whole patient experience, working within a multi-disciplinary team. You’ll communicate effectively at all levels, possess the skills and the ability to lead a large team of staff, undertake assessments whilst also overseeing quality, governance and compliance. There will also be the opportunity to take on key responsibilities around service transformation as directed by the Registered Manager.
The staffing team will look to you for leadership, and you will promote independence, developing quality working practices and training where required. In addition to mentoring and coaching staff, you'll play a key role in building relationships with everyone from relatives and visitors to professional agencies and individuals.
