An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Director at an independent practice nestled in the heart of Sheffield. In pursuit of their vision, our client is in search of a Veterinary Clinic Director who embodies a dynamic, enthusiastic spirit with a profound love for animals and people alike. They are seeking an individual with a fervent passion for the industry and a resolute commitment to ensuring that beloved pets receive the finest healthcare possible. They are looking for someone with leadership experience, or someone who is excited about the prospect of leading a team toward pet healthcare greatness within a cutting-edge, purpose-built clinic, as part of a budding and fast-evolving business.
Clinical experience of 5 years plus is preferred, but not essential. The CPD budget is dependent on what it is that you want to study and the benefits it would bring to yourself and the practice. It helps if you have a cracking sense of humour and enjoy CPD trips overseas to Nice/Monaco and Florida.

The Rota:
• Full time role - 4 day week
• Working hours 8.45am - 7pm
• 1:2 Saturday mornings (8.30am - 1pm)
• No OOH
The Benefits:
• Excellent salary between £55,000 and £68,000 DOE
• 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays (Good Friday worked but day in lieu given)
