We are looking for a Clinical Teaching Fellow in Simulation based in the Clinical Skills Centre of Medical Education/the Edinburgh Medical School. This post offers an exciting opportunity for a trainee clinician to develop their skills in the use of Simulation Based Education for teaching and training medical students. The successful applicant will be a core member of the clinical skills team and will be involved in curriculum development, research and innovation in the field of undergraduate Simulation Based Education.
Applications are invited from clinicians who have completed the UK foundation programme and those in subsequent medical training. Applicants who are within a training programme must have the approval of their Training Programme Director before applying.
A strong interest in medical education and experience of teaching in a health-care setting are essential.
