Position: Clinical Lead
Pay rate: £21 per hour, £43,680 per annum + Excellent added benefits
Location: Kings Heath, Birmingham
Hours: 40 hours, mixed supernumerary & clinical
Exciting Clinical Lead role at a medium sized, well established nursing home part of a family run care provider known to provide the highest quality of support and development to their staff. With a rating of GOOD by CQC the home is now looking for a Clinical Lead to join and add a positive difference to the home. Responsibilities as a Clinical Lead:
* Ensure the home is ran according to CQC regulations & NMC guidelines
* Support the Home Manager in the planning, directing & delivery of high- quality person- centred care
* Support staff, undertake staff reviews, team meetings
* Develop and maintain relationships
Requirements for Clinical Lead:
* Qualified Registered nurse with Pin
* Nursing home setting experience
* Experience of team leading
