CLINICAL LEAD NURSE

We are proud to be working with an excellent nursing home based near Portsmouth Who are looking to develop their highly regarded nursing home with a further additional RGN Clinical Lead Nurse.

For the position, you will be required to provide clinical management experience along with a caring and professional ethos. You should have a solid understanding of CQC requirements, a good clinical background in dementia care, and a current up to date NMC pin.

You will be responsible for administering prescribed medicines in accordance with company s and NMC guidelines, assessing all aspects of each Resident s care needs, whilst maintaining accurate records and ensuring that each resident has an individualised Care Plan.
