Clinical Lead - Outpatients - Oxford

We have an Amazing Clinical Lead - Outpatients role in a private Hospital in Oxford.
Salary up to 45,000 - 37.5 hrs
Role as a Clinical Lead - Outpatients:

• Support the Manager in the efficient running of the unit.
• Coordinate activity and be responsible for patient care and safety.
• Be instrumental to the patient experience, ensuring seamless, personalised care.
• Work well with consultants who are experts in their field.
• Apply your knowledge and skills in assessment, care planning and delivery.
• Champion a supportive, enabling working culture on the ward, promoting staff safety.
• Helping you feel good.

Requirements for a Clinical Lead - Outpatients:

• We are looking for excellent leadership skills.
• Postregistration experience in care of patients, pre and post operatively, in everything from Cardiac to Colorectal, Orthopaedic, ENT, Gynae and Urology.
• Management experience required
