Our esteemed client, a reputable care home provider, is currently seeking dedicated Clinical Lead to join their team. With a competitive hourly rate of 23 p/h and 40 hours p/w day shifts.
Role Overview: As the Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating clinical operations within our facility. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care to our patients. This role offers the opportunity to lead by example, mentor staff, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to clinical staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Conduct regular assessments of patient care plans and ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care delivered, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Serve as a resource and mentor to staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing valuable insights and recommendations for patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to patient care, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Act as a liaison between clinical staff, management, and other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with current registration and practicing license.
- Proven experience in a Clinical leadership role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skill with the ability to inspire and motivate other
- Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making abilities.
- Sound knowledge of relevant regulations and standards governing healthcare delivery.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
