Job Description: As a Year 3 Teacher in our school, you will have the opportunity to create engaging and meaningful learning experiences for your students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering innovative and effective lessons that meet the needs of Year 3 students and align with the national curriculum
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment where every student feels valued and encouraged to participate
- Differentiating instruction to cater to the diverse learning needs and abilities of your students
- Assessing student progress through various formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their development
- Building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive educational community
- Embracing flexibility in your teaching approach to accommodate the needs of the students and the school community
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
- Experience teaching Year 3 students preferred, but newly qualified teachers are also encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Passion for primary education and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment
