This company is medium to large Nursing home with a flexible 40-hour contract.
Key Responsibilities of a Nursing Home Manager:
- Overall day to day running of the Nursing Home.
- Ensuring the highest standard of care and maintaining high standards of care.
- Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries
- Budgeting and resourcing
- Ensuring cost effective services that doesn’t compromise quality.
- To ensure CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to
- Promote a caring environment for residents through high standards of professional practice.
- Level 5 NVQ
- Minimum of one year experience as a Home Manager
- Must have one of the following: NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN/RN1/RNA or Mental Health Nurse/RMN/RMHN or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD.
- Able to lead, develop and inspire clinical and nonclinical team.
- A clear understanding of CQC audits
- Strong Leadership skills on a personal and professional bases
- Good time and Organisation management.
- Salary package 60K
