Interview Process:

- Stage One – Video call interview with the HR Business Partner & Regional Director
- Stage Two - Video call interview with the SMT
The Candidate:
- Have a proven track record in the management and delivery of high-quality care within Nursing Homes
- Care home commissioning experience
- Great clinical oversight
- Possess strong commercial acumen
- Excellent communicative skills
- Demonstrate excellent leadership
- Knowledgeable of CQC criteria
- Driving license and own vehicle are required
