SalaryKey Responsibilities of a Clinical Manager:
- Overall running of the Nursing unit including standards and quality of care.
- Regularly assess resident’s needs and develop services to reflect this.
- Create and develop care plans for residents.
- Establish and maintain communication with clients, relatives, and staff
- Staff appraisals, meetings and disciplinaries.
- Liaise with outside Healthcare professionals regarding care.
- Ensuring company policies are followed and adhered to.
- Ensuring medication is effective and compliant.
Clinical Manager Requirements:
- Hold a active Nursing pin.
- Leadership or manager qualities
- Leadership or manager qualifications
- Have previous experience in a nursing home
- Have strong clinical experience and medication knowledge
- Good Care Planning skills
- Ability to manage teams, improve services, quality, and performance
- Organisation skills
