My client offers flexible hybrid working where you can work in the office and remotely from home.
You'll be acting on behalf of the NHSLA, Medical Defence Union, NHS trusts as well as private hospitals, and you will have the autonomy to handle a varied and diverse caseload of defendant Clinical Negligence files, from initial interview right through to completion of the matter, alongside assisting the senior team on cases of real complexity.

Defendant experience is desirable however if you are from a Claimant background, you will be given equal consideration and are actively encouraged to apply.
