TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager 2 - Endoscopy on behalf of an Acute Hospital based in Galway
This is a Permanent Full Time position working 37.5 hours per week.
The Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager 2 with strong management skills and expertise in endoscopy. The Clinical Nurse Manager 2 Endoscopy will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the endoscopy department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
* NMBI Registration
* BSc qualification preferred, management qualification also desirable
* Nursing experience 5 years in total with 3-4 years endoscopy nursing experience or related area
* Have proven Clinical, Leadership, Managerial & Customer Care skills
* Proactive approach to planning with effective co-ordination of resources
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to motivate staff
* Flexibility in work practices.
