The Role
The Clinical Nursing Coordinator will play a central role in fostering collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to ensure the optimal clinical, operational, and communicative aspects of the practice. This pivotal role involves providing support, leadership, and strategic guidance to the nursing teams, aligning nursing strategies with the practice’s overarching vision and strategy. As the central point of communication across teams and departments, the Nursing Clinical Coordinator will prioritise maintaining the highest standards of patient and nursing care, as well as overseeing quality and contributing to the efficient management of clinical services and the daily operations in clinical areas to ensure the efficient and smooth functioning of the veterinary practice, maintaining a high standard of patient care and client satisfaction. Overseeing the nursing team, ensuring the efficient running of their involvement in all clinical services and departments.
Successful Candidate
We are now looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) with 2+ years' experience in a busy, multi-disciplinary referral practice. Excellent knowledge of RVN duties within a referral practice. Good knowledge of the RCVS Code of Conduct. Effective communication skills and ability to handle difficult situations and conversations. Good ICT skills. Demonstrated commitment to continuing professional development.

- Salary of £36,000 to £42,000 dependent on experience and qualifications
