The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and success of our clinical studies by managing and monitoring sites.
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned clinical study sites from initiation, monitoring, to closure.
- Collaborate closely with sites to maintain their engagement and address any compliance issues effectively.
- Track data quality and ensure adherence to patient consent and follow-up procedures.
- Proactively identify and escalate challenges faced by the sites.
- Manage safety reporting, document case narratives, and coordinate safety reviews.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of study documentation.
- Assist with preparing submissions to ethical committees.
- Manage and upload site-related radiological imaging (if applicable).
- Support investigator meetings and other team activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in on-site clinical study monitoring.
- In-depth understanding of medical device clinical trial design and best practices.
- Strong preference for CRA certification.
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or life sciences field, or equivalent medical background (e.g., Registered Nurse).
- Fluency in English (team language) and French (language of communication with stakeholders).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership and team spirit.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively within France (approximately 70% of the time).
