Your role will be to oversee the clinical team and support and guide them in provided the highest level of care. You will be responsible for the clinical governance and where it can be improved.
You will be:
- A dedicated registered nurse with a valid NMC pin (RMN or RGN)
- Have or be working towards your level 5 in leadership and management
- Passionate about dementia care
- An experience nurse team leader/manager
