SalaryBeacon are currently recruiting both experienced and newly qualified counsellors to join our expanding organisation.
Salaried adult counsellors within these roles will deliver 1:1 appointments across services including Beacon’s Private Practice and EAP services consisting of 6 sessions brief therapy.
Counselling takes place between 9:00am and 9:00pm and reguluar set hours will be discussed in line with the demands of the clients. Some evening work will be required.
We are currently expanding our services and experience delivering group work within a counselling and wellbeing context is
encouraged.
Applicants who are also able to deliver counselling across Children’s & Young Peoples Services are encouraged to apply.
Newly Qualified Counsellors
Qualified Counsellors with less than 200 post qualification hours
Contract - Permanant
Salary - £24,687 FTE (pro rata dependant on hours)
Hours - Minimum of 15 client hours per week.
Location - Beacon Counselling, Middle Hillgate, Stockport, SK1 (Some remote working may be required.)
It is expected that NQC's will progress within the organisation into Qualified Counsellor positions, further information about progression within Beacon can provided.
