The Digital Services team within North Bristol Trust are moving the digital agenda forward with a number of key projects including the implementation of an electronic patient
record system and a move to paper-light processes.
As these transformations occur, we require a strong team of Clinical Systems administratorstodeliver system support and maintenance functions for existing and new Clinical Systems.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping, supporting and maintaining NBT’s Clinical Systems and to be part of our success at North Bristol NHS Trust.
• Perform the range of Back Office support maintenance functions
• Perform Back Office tasks to support the development of clinical information system and the Trusts Electronic Patient Record (EPR)
• To actively participate in the 3rd and 4th line support function
• To work closely with 3rd Party suppliers ensuring issues that have been raised are chased up in order to avoid prolonged delays
• Assist in Data Quality audits of Back Office work to ensure maintenance of systems is completed in a timely fashion and to a high level of accuracy
• Assist Registration Authority in the maintenance of existing user’s accounts and their deletion in line with the Trust's Data Security Policy

We have an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Clinical Systems Team within the IM&T Division.

· Experience of working effectively with 3rd party suppliers
· Ability to gain non-technical information requirements from an end user and be able to identify what the technical solution may be
