SalarySupply Chain Coordinator - With Clinical Trials experience

Based in Oxford (OX3)
The ideal candidate will have logistics experience gained from a pharma or healthcare or Clinical Trials environment. Ideally with an understanding of GMP, GDP or GLP requirements.
In this interim role (anticipated minimum duration 3 months) you will be Supply Chain Coordinator. A varied role Including elements of purchasing, supply planning and logistics.
Your responsibility is to ensure that completed medical kits are sent out to in excess of 100 UK sites ensuring accurate quantities in the right time.
Duties include:
- Using the materials control system to accurately plan stock needed for replenishment of medical kits at site and country level
- Coordinating with multiple suppliers to ensure kit components reach your offices in time for inhouse assembly of kit and shipping to end user
- Monitoring the tracked returns and safe disposal as needed
- Ensure associated documentation is accurate and meets relevant clinical legislations
The ideal candidate will have:
- An understanding of GMP
- Logistics / Supply chain experience
- Success delivering to targets
- Strong excel skills
- Great communication with suppliers, stakeholders, clinicians.
