- Negotiable Salary: £20.12p/h - £21.12p/h per hour negotiable depending on experience - The actual rate of pay will be within these advertised bandings and will be dependent on your ability to demonstrate your competence during the interview. ( up to £48,300 per annum )

Right now, we are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse RGN / RMN / RNLD to develop their nursing career at our home located in Mitcham, Surrey.
Our care home offers personalised nursing and nursing dementia care to older people.
Emphasising person-centred care, our dedicated and professional care team spend time getting to know residents. Not only does this allow them to offer the care and support they need, now and in the future, it also ensures they are able to design a lifestyle that all residents can get fulfilment from.
We are looking for a Registered Nurse RGN / RGN or RNLD to come and join as part of our management team as a Clinical Unit Manager.
Job Role: As a Clinical unit Manager you will make sure the level of clinical care we offer goes beyond just professional standards and statutory, regulatory and legal requirements. It will mean providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence and supervising/coaching colleagues to provide a service that's unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.
