Edwards & Finn is proud to be working exclusively again with Clermont Hotel Group on this latest role as we look for a Cluster Groups, Meetings & Events Sales Office Manager to join their commercial team based in London. 

This role, with a responsibility for prestigious central London properties, is ideal for an experienced Sales Manager looking for the next step in their career with a company renowned for investing in the development of their team and recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces 2024. 

With over 1000 bedrooms in prime locations and multiple MICE spaces, many of which are benefitting from significant investment and refurbishment this year, this opportunity will suit someone with the same level of energy, enthusiasm and drive that Clermont is dedicating to its growth within the capital and beyond. 

The Cluster Groups, Meetings & Events Sales Office Manager will have; 

· Experience within a similar hotel environment, ideally with accommodation and MICE 

· A track record of winning business over competitors 

· Experience managing and developing teams 

The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales professional looking for a new and exciting opportunity. You’ll need to be creative, target-driven, passionate about what you do and always strive to be a leader in your field. Opera experience would also be preferable. 

Responsibilities: 

· Managing and developing sales throughout the Meeting & Event spaces within a cluster of hotels 

· Accountable for growing Meeting & Events Sales Revenue 

· Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally 

· Developing your team and sharing your skills to their continued professional development
