Cluster Manager - Yorkshire

£35,000 per annum

Sheffield Role with travel required

We are seeking a Cluster Manager to join our Restaurant Associates team. As the Cluster Manager you will need to be energetic, professional and strategically driven to get the most from your team that work in unit to properly plan for the business needs. You will need to have an organised approach towards work.

The role will manage 4 sites across the Yorkshire area, exceeding customer requirements, whilst delivering key financial targets and contract specifications. This role will develop and lead a team of managers, as well as manage client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner ensuring compliance and company policies are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities are:

• Oversee catering across 4 sites
• Ensure delivery of continuous improvement plans
• Ensure all contracts are compliant and run commercially in line with net growth and retention targets
• Adherence to all client and company Policies
• Ensure delivery and management of labour strategy in line with contract specifications
• Delivery of all HSE requirements both contractually and legislatively
• Monitor and delivery of contractual and internal KPI’s, identify and help develop continuous improvements
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Achievement of financial budgets
• Training and development of all employees
• Assist in the development of strategies for growth and retention
• Ensure the implementation of any governance and communication strategies

Our Ideal Cluster manager will:

• Willing to travel (Sheffield, Leeds, and Barnsley)
• Ability to work flexibly & remotely with multi site operational experience
• Management experience leading and inspiring operational teams, working within brand guidelines to deliver results
• Successful implementation of any change programmes to deliver operational benefits
• Excellent communication and engagement skills
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience at management level
• Demonstrable financial acumen applicable for the role requirements in managing a P&L
• Excellent management skills
• Have a proven track record of delivering client / customer satisfaction through their teams
• Valid driving license and active driver
