We are currently recruiting for a Cluster Sales Manager to cover Wood Hall Hotel & Spa and Crathrone Hall Hotel part of Hand Picked Hotels.
One of the best luxury hotels in Wetherby, Wood Hall Hotel & Spa, is a beautiful award-winning country house retreat promising peace and tranquillity with every stay. Originally built as a country retreat for the Scott family, Wood Hall Hotel & Spa in West Yorkshire is a world away from everyday stresses and pressures.
The hotel offers 44 stylishly-designed bedrooms, an award-winning 2 AA Rosette restaurant and a small health club and spa, renowned as one of the most luxurious spa venues in West Yorkshire.
Luxurious Crathorne Hall Hotel in North Yorkshire is the perfect place to stay for those wanting to experience this region’s stunning countryside. Built in 1906, with captivating views of the Leven Valley on the edge of the Yorkshire Moors, Crathorne Hall has earned a reputation as one of the best hotels in North Yorkshire.
About the Role
- The role of Sales Manager will involve proactively driving sales activities to the hotel across all sectors to including hotel events, private dining, leisure experiences, corporate and conference from a local perspective.
- Work with local destination houses and partners from a B2B and B2C perspective.
- Support the development, execution, and maintenance of the hotel and Hand Picked Hotels sales and marketing plan.
- Responsible for pro-actively manage social media on property, looking at ways to engage with the local community, raise awareness and engagement.
- Be a confident and effect networker who can build effective relationships externally and internally.
- Making clear, confident decisions, will be second nature to you, consulting with others where needed ensuring you all reach the same goals.

About you
- To be considered for this role you will this role of Sales Manager you will have current proactive sales experience within a 4/5-star luxury hotel or similar environment.
- It is essential you are driven, can act on your own initiative where appropriate and enjoy working within a proactive sales role and with set targets and objectives.
- Can demonstrate a methodical approach and are highly organised and have a systematic approach to your work.
- You will have excellent communication, presentation skills and attention to detail.
- Most of all, you will have a professional, organised and friendly approach and be able to anticipate our guests needs and create memories.

- A competitive salary package of £35,000 per year, plus an un capped sales bonus, business mileage will be paid.
- This is a Full-Time role working 40 hours per week working Monday to Friday, however this may vary depending on business needs.
