Pay Rate: £14 per hour
The Role
Our client is currently looking for a CNC Lathe Setter/Operator/Programmer in Leicester. The position will involve setting, operating and editing programs for CNC Lathe Machines, reading engineering drawings, ensuring the quality of the products using measuring equipment and using Fanuc control system.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience of setting and operating CNC Turning machines. You will ideally be apprentice trained/time served and have experience working in the precision engineering field with automotive background and machining Aluminium castings, on large batch work and have the ability to work under minimum supervision. You will be working from engineering drawings and carrying out program edits (Fanuc controls). CNC Turning capacity includes Mazak, Cincinnati, Okuma, Mori-Seiki .
