- Experience of producing ultra-high precision assemblies & machinery
- Proven mechanical engineering experience of working in a ultra-high precision environment
- Operating & programming 4/5 axis CNC machine tools to mill & turn parts from engineering drawings
- Ability to read, understand, interpret, and manufacture from mechanical component and drawings

- Experience of Siemens & Fanuc control systems
- Ability to work to micron tolerances
- Relevant Engineering qualification in a Mechanical discipline – HNC/HND, C&G, BTEC or higher
