Are you a CNC Machinist with programming experience looking for a varied and hands-on role within a well-established company that are the market leader of CNC machined components?

You will play an integral role within the business undertaking a range of CNC work including setting, operating and programming to produce a range of precision engineered products.
On offer is the fantastic opportunity to work for a successful, established company that specialises in CNC machined components supplying a range of industries such as MOD, Laboratory and Precision Engineering sectors. You will work in a modern workshop in a tightknit team of eight who are dedicated to providing high-quality Precision Engineering solutions for subcontracted work. You will play an active role within the expansion of this company assisting with the development of the next generation of machinists, ensuring high quality production and meeting tight deadlines.
This opportunity would suit a skilled CNC machinist with supervisory experience looking to advance their career.
The Role:

• Program, set up CNC machines to produce precision parts (Heidenheim/ OneCNC)
• Assisting in the supervision of CNC machinists providing guidance and support
• Ensure all machined components meet strict quality and safety standards
• Directly involved in the continuous development of programmes and processes to improve productivity and quality

The Person:

• CNC Machinist or similar with programming experience
• Full right to work in UK
